About Reservation
When can I make a reservation?
As a general rule, reservations are accepted starting six months prior to your desired rental date.
Please note that during peak seasons (summer and year-end holidays), vehicles may be fully booked early.
We highly recommend securing your reservation well in advance.
Can I make a same-day reservation?
Yes, same-day reservations are possible if vehicles are available.
Please contact us by phone or through our website beforehand.
Can I cancel or change my reservation? Are there any cancellation fees?
Cancellations and changes can be made via our inquiry form or through our official LINE account.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
・9 to 3 days before the rental start date: 20% of the rental fee
・2 days to the day before the rental start date: 30% of the rental fee
・On the rental start date or thereafter: 100% of the rental fee
What payment methods do you accept? (Credit card, e-money, cash, etc.)
We accept credit cards and cash (on-site payment).
Please note that QR code payments and other electronic payment methods are not supported.
When is the high-season rate applied?
High-season pricing applies during year-end and New Year holidays, late April through late September, and on select peak dates.
Please note that the exact periods for the year-end/New Year holidays and Golden Week vary each year, so please confirm the details at the time of reservation.
Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?
Yes, we offer long-term rentals for periods of one week or more.
We provide discounted plans based on the length of your rental.

Can I rent a car with an international driving permit?
Yes, you may rent a vehicle by presenting your international driving permit along with your passport.
Do you offer a pickup and drop-off service?
Yes. As an optional service, we provide transportation to and from Naha Airport as well as your preferred hotel.
Please note that advance reservation is required for this service.
When making your booking, kindly select the pickup option and consult with us regarding the details.
About Rent
Can someone other than the primary contract holder drive the vehicle?
Yes, additional drivers besides the primary contract holder may operate the vehicle.
Please provide the necessary driver information in advance when making your reservation.
Are there any mileage limits or additional fees?
No. There are no mileage limits and no additional charges for distance driven.
Can I extend my rental period while using the vehicle?
To request an extension during your rental, please contact us by phone.
Please note that your request may not be accommodated depending on the availability of the vehicle for other reservations.
Can I take the vehicle outside of Okinawa Main Island?
As a general rule, taking the vehicle off the island (e.g., via ferry) is not permitted.
However, this does not apply to islands connected to the main island by bridges.
If it is necessary to take the vehicle off the island for any reason, please consult with us in advance.
Can I bring a pet in the vehicle?
As a general rule, pets are not allowed in our vehicles.
What should I do if the vehicle gets dirty during my rental?
If the dirt is minor, please inform our staff upon return of the vehicle.
For severe dirt or damage, please contact us by phone immediately.
Please note that, regardless of the severity, a Non-Operation Charge (NOC) may be applied at the discretion of our staff.
About Pick-up & Return
Is it possible to have pickup or vehicle handover at the airport or hotel?
Vehicle handover at the airport is not permitted in accordance with Airport Management Regulations (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, Article 18).
However, pickup and drop-off services are available for both airports and hotels.
Please consult with us in advance to arrange this service.
Do you offer pickup and drop-off services within the Northern Okinawa area?
Yes, transportation to areas such as Nago City and Motobu Town is available.

Do I need to return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel?
No, returning the vehicle with a full tank is not required.
In such cases, a fuel charge will be applied based on the distance driven.
What happens if I return the vehicle late?
If the vehicle is returned after the scheduled time, an overtime fee will be charged.
If you wish to extend your rental, please contact us in advance.
Is vehicle return available 24 hours a day?
Vehicle returns must be made during our business hours.
If returning within these hours is not possible, please contact us in advance.
About Vehicle & Equipment
Are only Alphards available? Can I choose the grade or color?
Our rental service specializes exclusively in Alphard vehicles.
We offer the latest models in several colors: Platinum White Pearl Mica, Black, and Precious Leo Blonde.
If you have a preference, please inform us in advance.
Are child seats or booster seats available for rental?
Yes, they are available as an optional service with advance reservation.
Please note that quantities are limited, so we recommend consulting us beforehand.
All seats provided meet the required safety standards.
Are GPS navigation systems available for rental?
We do not provide separate GPS rentals; however, all vehicles come standard with Toyota’s built-in navigation system.
Can I use ETC (Electronic Toll Collection)?
All vehicles come equipped with a standard ETC onboard unit.
Please note that ETC cards are not provided, so be sure to bring your own.
Is smoking allowed inside the vehicle?
All of our vehicles are non-smoking.
We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a comfortable environment.
What is the seating capacity? Can I carry large luggage?
The vehicle can accommodate up to 7 passengers.
It features a spacious luggage area, suitable for suitcases, strollers, and other large items.
Can I connect external audio devices?
All vehicles come standard with Bluetooth, allowing you to connect your smartphone and enjoy the rich sound of the JBL speakers.
Additionally, you can connect via HDMI to display video on the in-car monitor.
Can I charge my smartphone?
Yes, all vehicles are equipped with USB Type-C ports for charging.
About Insurance
What is my liability in case of an accident?
The amount of liability depends on the circumstances of the accident.
Please contact us immediately if an accident occurs.
A security deposit of ¥100,000 is collected at the time of rental, and any repair costs or related charges will be deducted from this deposit.
What happens to the security deposit?
Upon vehicle return, we will inspect the condition of the car.
If there are no issues, the full deposit will be refunded.
Do you provide assistance for flat tires, dead batteries, or other vehicle issues?
Yes, we offer 24-hour roadside assistance.
You can rest assured knowing support is available in case of any unexpected issues.

Can you provide more details about the G-Class photo option?
By selecting this option at the time of reservation, you can enjoy the G-Class photo package (note: the vehicle is not available for rental).

Do you provide Okinawa travel itineraries or sightseeing guides?
Yes, upon request, we can share recommended spots and model itineraries for your Okinawa trip.

What should I do if I leave something in the vehicle after my rental?
Items left in the vehicle that cannot be linked to a specific individual will be kept at our office for 90 days.
Items not claimed within this period will be disposed of.
Cash, jewelry, and other valuables will be reported to the police seven days after discovery.
When retrieving your belongings from our office, please bring a form of identification such as a driver’s license or My Number card.
