How It Works

Reservation & Quote

Please contact us through our website’s inquiry form with your preferred rental dates, vehicle type, pick-up and drop-off locations, and whether you’d like to include the G-Class photo option.
We’ll propose the best plan and provide a personalized quote tailored to your travel itinerary.

Agreement & Payment

After reviewing the details, we will finalize the rental agreement.
Payment can be made either in advance or on the day of rental.

Vehicle Handover

Your vehicle will be delivered to your designated location — such as our Northern Okinawa base or your hotel.
Guests who select the Naha Airport Transfer Option will be personally escorted by our staff from Naha Airport to our Northern Okinawa base.

Vehicle Return

Please note that during peak seasons (summer and year-end holidays), vehicles may be fully booked early.
We highly recommend securing your reservation well in advance.

We accept credit cards and cash (on-site payment).
Please note that QR code payments and other electronic payment methods are not supported.

The amount of liability depends on the circumstances of the accident.
Please contact us immediately if an accident occurs.
A security deposit of ¥100,000 is collected at the time of rental, and any repair costs or related charges will be deducted from this deposit.

Yes, they are available as an optional service with advance reservation.
Please note that quantities are limited, so we recommend consulting us beforehand.
All seats provided meet the required safety standards.

Yes, we offer long-term rentals for periods of one week or more.
We provide discounted plans based on the length of your rental.
Please feel free to consult us when making your reservation.

All vehicles come equipped with a standard ETC onboard unit.
Please note that ETC cards are not provided, so be sure to bring your own.

By selecting this option at the time of reservation, you can enjoy the G-Class photo package (note: the vehicle is not available for rental).
